Before I begin, I encourage all to do their own research and pray intensely to the Father in heaven for illumination. Be careful what you ask for as you might find it painful to digest. But it will be the truth.
The word “demon” appears approximately 37 times in the Bible.
The word “demons” appears approximately 48 times in the Bible.
The word “Satan” appears approximately 60 times in the Bible.
The word “devil” appears approximately 60 times in the Bible.
The word “devils” appears zer0 times in the Bible.
The word “Serpent” appears approximately 40 times in the Bible.
The word “Dragon” appears approximately 20 times in the Bible.
The word “Fallen Angel and Fallen Angels” never appears in the Bible.
Let’s Go To The Book of Genesis
The Serpent in Genesis was not a “demon.”
He was a Cherub, a high-ranking angel. (Ezekiel 28:11-19) This Cherub spoke and lied to the woman “through” a serpent. He did not “possess” her. We do not see the words “demon or devil” mentioned in Genesis and there is a reason for this. I will add here that it was in Genesis that demons were released by the woman, Eve. I will show this in a few paragraphs.
NOTE: There is an element of truth to the Greek myth of the woman Pandora (Eve). In Greek mythology, Pandora was the first human woman created by Hephaestus on the instructions of Zeus. Among many gifts, she was given a jar full of all the evils and diseases which exist in the world; once Pandora married Epimetheus (Adam), she lifted the lid of this jar and set them all free.
This Cherub later made himself “Satan and Devil.” This Cherub who BECAME Satan and Devil was originally a perfect son of God. He knows the truth, he simply did not stand fast in it as Jesus says in John 8:44
Satan is NEVER referred to as “a demon.” His angels are NEVER referred to as “demons,” but as angels. (Revelation 12:7)
Demons are never personified by gender such as “he.” But as “a” (a demon). Satan, however, is personified by gender as a “he.”
What Are Demons?
Demons are not angels. Demons need cold or warm-blood human or animal hosts to live, thrive in, and spread to other hosts.
Angels, on the other hand, have life within themselves and do not require human or animal hosts. Angels are a completely different entity than demons. Keep in mind that Satan the Devil is an angel. His angels are angels, not demons.
In Matthew 8:28-34, Jesus cast demons out of two demon-possessed men. The demons knew who Jesus was and they begged him to send them into a herd of pigs that were quite some distance away from him. Well, the pigs rushed down a steep bank into a lake and died in the water. The demons did not die. Why? They found other hosts to occupy. As long as that host has blood, demons can enter that host, infect it, affect it, and spread to other hosts.
They are driven by insatiable greed and an appetite for cold or warm-blooded hosts and they are never satisfied … never.
They are intelligent, invisible spirits. They thrive in darkness in several aspects:
Darkness in that they are hidden and undetectable.
Darkness in that the light (consciousness, awareness, wokeness, and knowing) will reveal their presence. This is what they do not want. They do not want their cover blown. They are masters in being stealthy and clandestine.
They are many, not one. The demon is like a cannibal. An invisible tapeworm and parasite that literally infects and affects the brain and the body.
Demons are a “collective psychosis” able to infect and create collective psychosis.
They are a “collective insanity” able to infect and create a collective insanity.
They are a “collective madness” able to infect and create a collective madness.
The human family is their primary host. At present, over eight billion of us.
These demons jump from one human host to another like a virus infecting the host so the host infects the other human hosts. Thus, the collective psychosis.
Examples of this demon infection and infliction can be seen in cases of mental illness and dysfunction, madness, road rage, heated arguments, fighting, cruelty, insulting, hate, war, bigotry, rape, murder, sexual molestation, assault, robbery, adultery, envy, jealousy, idolatry, deaf and dumbness, blindness, greed, epilepsy, paralysis, seizures, belief in that which is false, etc.
Demons are not from heaven and do not reside in heaven. They reside within us, the host. They are well beyond the cellular level.
Look at the world today and you see this “collective psychosis” being played out. These are demons. The collective psychosis and collective madness are the demons. This is what true demon possession looks like. Not what the Motion Picture Industry would have us believe.
Demons are a collective. They are a worldwide systematic psychological disease that is easily contracted and transmitted by other human hosts.
They are the diseases in our minds and souls. They reside in our sub and unconscious.
Here is an example: Have you or anyone you know ever wanted to exact revenge on someone because they wronged you or hurt your feelings? You have been infected with collective psychosis.
Here is another: Groups of people shouting, yelling, and fighting one another over whatever reason, say, differing political or religious views. This is an infection – demon possession – a collective psychosis. In such settings, things escalate. Why? Because the virus of the mind infection spreads from one host to the next.
Yet, another example: Persons in church getting the spirit. It is a frenzy. It is a collective psychosis on display. Demons in operation.
When viewed from a global view, the whole world is infected. No one is not infected. The infection – collective psychosis and collective madness – are with us until Christ destroys the demon and their king.
Demons are always associated with suffering from some sort of physical or mental ailment such as epilepsy, paralysis, deaf and dumbness, blindness, seizures, madness, anger, cruelty, disease, and mental illness.
One is powerless to be free of them or to cast them out if one does not know what they are. This NOT KNOWING is their SECRET of remaining active in us. The act of denial that they ARE is their power. The belief that they are SOMETHING ELSE – such as The Devil and Fallen Angels – is their power.
They are evil and they are tricksters.
I believe that persons who have experimented with Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DMT), Ayahuasca (pronounced ‘eye-ah-WAH-ska’), and other mind-altering drugs have had brief encounters with demons in the darkness in which they reside within the person.
Many persons who have had such experiences report almost the same experience: Encounters with weird-looking Jester-type entities and other entities in a vast world that seems real; as real as the one in which we live. While the demon is invisible and hidden, they are able to affect the mind to cause one to see them in any way they choose. They are in control of the person.
Those who are awakened to what they are will be able to recognize their presence in persons and animals, and with the aid of Christ cast them out. But one must know Christ and his teachings. Demons know who he is and they will know if you possess them. So if you possess teachings, not from Christ, demons will know this and you will be powerless against their infecting influence over you. In fact, they will reinforce the lies you possess. This benefits them. You are a host.
It is extremely difficult to recognize them as they hide behind the lie and belief that they are devils, Satan the Devil, Satan’s angels, or fallen angels. The lie keeps them hidden and undetectable.
The Apostle Paul warned in Romans 12:2 …
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.“
Paul also warned in Ephesians 2:2 …
“in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient.“
The ruler of the kingdom of the air is Satan the Devil. The air is the collective psychosis, demons. The Devil is their ruler and king. (See Revelation 9:11)
The demon tricks us into thinking that we are feeding and empowering ourselves; when the truth of the matter is that we are feeding and nourishing the demon.
If we see someone who we think has a demon or demons and WE DON’T, we have fallen victim to the demon ourselves. Why? As I had stated earlier, their power comes from “denial” that they are or something else.
It is NOT RECOGNIZING this worldwide collective psychosis that helps demons propagate in humans and animals undetected.
The worse mistake one can make is to deny that they are not real and that WE DO NOT have them. We ALL have them, some more than others.
In future days, they will be imprisoned with Satan – their ruler – for 1000 years; and after the 1000 years are over, will come up with him and start the mass and collective psychosis in a future society on earth.
During their 1000-year imprisonment, they will have no human hosts to occupy, thus they will be inactive. Only the dense darkness – their prison, the Abyss – will keep them on life support until they are released along with their king and his angels after the 1000 years ends. (Rev 20:7-8)
Where Did Demons Come From?
If one reads the account in Genesis 3:6-7, we can see that the woman, Eve, released the virus. The creator of that virus was the Serpent. He infected the woman and the woman, in turn, infected her husband, Adam. Adam passed the infection to us all, the world of mankind.
“When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it. Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realized they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves.“
At the release of the demons, death began. The infection is in full force. Both Adam and Eve grew old and eventually died.
Demons Are Agents of Death
Did not the demons Jesus allowed to enter a herd of pigs cause the death of those pigs? Yes!
That the whole world today is infected by this collective psychosis – demon infection – have we not done much harm to one another in unimaginable ways and we create weapons of mass destruction to cause even deadlier bloodshed.
We have enslaved our Brother. We have murdered our Brother. The collective psychosis causes death by one host upon another. The demon does not care as there are plenty of hosts they can enter into if one dies.
We have stolen from our Brother. We have lied to our Brother. We have coveted our Brother’s wives. We lie to our Brother. The mass collective psychosis is alive and well today. Many do not see it. Not even in ourselves.
When I wake up each day, I have thoughts about people and things that remind me that I am infected. I am aware and conscious of the demon (infection) in me and in the air of this world. This is what they of not want.
I am reminded that I am imperfect. I am glad, Jesus is in my life.
Angels Are More Powerful
As explained, angels and demons are not the same things. Angels are far superior and more powerful than demons. Demons are not angels. Angels – even Satan’s angels – can command demons.
As explained, demons need a cold or warm-blooded human or animal host to occupy to thrive otherwise, they cannot spread and infect other hosts.
Demons need blood hosts.
